Children's pastor (Full Time)
Family Life Church is seeking a full-time Children’s Pastor to lead our family ministries with passion, creativity, and purpose. This is a great opportunity for a relational and innovative leader with a heart to reach families in our community and help us achieve our goal: to win with kids and partner with parents to build a foundation of faith that lasts a lifetime.
We’re looking for someone who can cast compelling vision, build and disciple volunteer teams, and create engaging environments where kids can experience Jesus and learn to follow Him. You’ll oversee all aspects of children’s ministry, from curriculum and safety to events and parent engagement, while walking alongside families to support lifelong discipleship. You’ll also have the chance to build relationships with local schools and be a presence in the community.
The right candidate is a team player with a shepherd’s heart and a strategic mindset—organized, adaptable, and passionate about both evangelism and discipleship.
