Description:
Camp has daily lake time, exciting games, impactful worship and incredible opportunities to experience Jesus in a life changing way. Nothing brings you closer to friends and God than time together at Kids Camp! We will leave at 1pm on August 5 and return around 2pm on August 8.

Payment:

• Pay in full option and a half payment option
  • Registration by July 22: $380 full / $190 half 
  • Balances due by July 22nd.

Registration:
Registration is a three-step process.
Step 1 - Register and pay with Family Life Church
Step 2 - Complete the camp registration with the Northwest Ministry Network. The link and instructions to access this registration will be emailed to you within one business day of completion of step 1.
Step 3 - Complete the required waiver and consent form from Northwest Ministry Network. These forms will be emailed to you after completing step 2 (let Grace know if you do not receive them within a day or two).

Transportation:
As a church, we will transport kids to camp. Please plan to meet in the back parking lot of the church at 1pm on Wednesday, August 5. We will return to the church around 2pm on Saturday, August 8. We will text parents when we get to highway 20.

Medication:
If your child needs medicine at camp, please complete the Medication Form. Bring the completed form and medicine (in the original prescription bottle) in a ziploc bag with their name on it when you drop off your child. We will give this to the camp nurse upon arrival.

Church Permission Slip:
All kids attending camp will need to fill out a church permission slip for 2026 that covers activities for the year, including transportation. This form will cover all activities from June of 2026 to June of 2027.

Labeling all belongings is highly recommended.

Money:
We ask students to bring $15 for the car ride meals. We are happy to “hold” money for students to ensure they have it for the drive home. In addition they can bring extra cash for money at the snack shack or BGMC (This is an opportunity for students to financially support missionaries in our network)! Please put any money your child is bringing in a ziploc bag with their name on it.
