Every week, people use their gifts, abilities, and passions to create spaces for people to experience Jesus and follow Him.
Whether it's welcoming someone at the doors, investing in the next generation, leading worship, praying for others, or serving behind the scenes, every role matters. Beyond making Sunday's happen, joining a serve team is also a great way to get connected, discover your gifts, grow your faith, and become a meaningful part of what God is doing through Family Life.

Community Groups
Community Groups create spaces for people to connect with God and each other.
Community Group Leaders help make that happen by bringing people together, creating a space where they can be known and cared for, facilitating conversations, and helping people take their next step in following Jesus.
Groups can gather around different stages of life, interests, topics, or studies, but each one helps people move beyond simply attending church to connecting with others.
You don't have to be a Bible expert or have all the answers to lead a group.
If you enjoy bringing people together and creating a space for them to experience Jesus and follow Him, leading a Community Group could be a great next step for you.

Family MINISTRIES
The Family Ministries Team helps create spaces for kids and students to experience Jesus and follow Him.
From our youngest babies through High School, we want every kid and student to be known, loved, and surrounded by adults who care about them. Family Ministries helps make that happen by creating fun, safe, and engaging spaces where the next generation can connect, ask questions, learn about Jesus, and discover how to follow Jesus.
There are several ways to be part of Family Ministries, including serving with our birth - middle school students on Sundays, helping behind the scenes by prepping lessons and materials, investing in middle and high school students, and serving at camps and special events.

Guest Services
The Guest Services team helps create a welcoming space where people feel seen, known, and cared for from the moment they arrive at Family Life.
Whether someone is walking through the doors for the first time or has been coming for years, we want them to know they matter. Guest Services helps make that happen through a warm welcome, answering questions, helping people find their way around, connecting people, and looking for simple ways to serve others throughout their Sunday experience.
There are several ways to be part of Guest Services, including welcoming people at the doors, helping at The Hub, serving coffee, helping people find a seat, and creating a great experience during special events.
If you enjoy meeting people, helping others, and creating spaces where people feel like they belong, Guest Service is a great place to serve.

Missions Team
The Missions Team helps Family Life live out Jesus’ call to take the gospel across the street and around the world. It’s a group of people who have a heart for missions and want to help our church intentionally pray, give, go, send, and care.
As part of the Missions Team, you’ll help us think about how Family Life can make a greater impact through Kingdom Builders. Together, we’ll pray for the missionaries and organizations we support, find meaningful ways to encourage and care for them, and help create opportunities for our church to give generously through Kingdom Builders.
The team will also help dream up and carry out ways to get more people involved in missions. That could include planning short-term missions trips, creating ways to raise support, leading special missions projects like Rescue Day for Project Rescue and One Day To Feed the World for Convoy of Hope, and helping us discover missionaries, organizations, and projects we may want to support in the future.
Each year, the team will help shape our missions strategy by asking questions like: Where can we make a difference? How can we better care for the missionaries we support? Where might God be calling us to go? How can we help more people at Family Life personally engage in missions?
You don’t need to be an expert to be part of the team. If you’re passionate about seeing people experience Jesus across the street and around the world, willing to personally pray and give toward missions, and ready to bring ideas and help turn those ideas into action, the Missions Team may be a great place for you.

We believe prayer isn't just something we do when we need something but how we seek God, listen to him, care for people, and depend on Him in everything we do. The Prayer Team helps create opportunities for people to pray and make sure the needs of our church, community, missionaries, and ministries are being regularly brought before God.
There are several ways to be part of the Prayer Team, including praying with people on Sundays, praying for needs throughout the week, and participating in our prayer gatherings like Day 1.
If you have a heart for prayer and want to help Family Life become a church that increasingly seeks God together, the Prayer Team is a great place to serve.

Every Sunday, people both on the stage and behind the scenes work together to create a creative space where our church can worship God.
There are several ways to be part of the Worship + A/V Team, including vocals, instruments, sound, slides, lighting, livestream, and online host. Some of these roles require some previous experience or level of skill, while others can be learned as you serve.
If you love worship, enjoy music or technology, and want to use your gifts to help others experience Jesus, there's a place on the Worship + A/V Team for you.
