Medication: If your student needs medicine at camp, please complete this Medication Form. Bring the completed form and medicine (in the original prescription bottle) in a ziploc bag when you drop off your student. We will give this to the camp nurse upon arrival.
Church Permission Slip: All students attending camp will need to fill out a church permission slip for 2026 that covers activities for the year, including transportation. This form will cover all activities from June of 2026 to June of 2027. Click here for the church permission slip.

Getting Ready to Go

Transportation: As a church, we will transport students to camp. Please plan to meet in the back parking lot of the church at 7AM on Wednesday, July 8. We will return to the church around 6PM on Sunday, July 12. We will text parents when we get to highway 20.

Cell Phones: The camp asks students not to bring cell phones. There is a risk of damage or theft; they can also be distracting. As a church, we will allow students to have their phones when we are driving, at night from 11:30 to midnight, and on the last day of camp for pictures. If you need to reach your student while at camp, please message a leader. Angela 253.988.5770 Brent 253.732.8088

Money: We ask students to bring $20-30 for the car ride meals. We are happy to “hold” money for students to ensure they have $10 for the drive home. In addition they can bring extra cash for money at the snack shack or speed the light offering (This is an opportunity for students to financially support missionaries in our network)!
