What happens to faith when it reaches us? Does it settle in and stay, or does it move through us and into the lives of others? This message digs into a question that cuts to the heart of what it means to follow Jesus: faith was never meant to stop with us. Drawing from Deuteronomy 6, where God instructs Israel to weave his commands into the fabric of everyday life, talking about them at home, on the road, morning and night, we are reminded that passing on faith is not a program or a special event. It is a way of living. The spiritual lesson here is both simple and demanding. Our faith is not a private possession. It is a living inheritance meant to be handed forward. We are challenged to ask whose soul we are leaving our fingerprints on, and whether the people around us are becoming more like Jesus because we are present in their lives. Whether we have followed Jesus for decades or are just beginning, we all have something worth passing on.
